Maundy Thursday Walk with Bishop John Roundhill
On Maundy Thursday (17 April), Bishop John Roundhill will be undertaking a walk entirely in the parish of Gold Coast North, visiting all 3 centres of the parish. The walk is approximately 20km, and about 5 hours of walking. Below is the day’s schedule.
8:30am Morning Prayer at St Matthew’s
9am Depart
10:20am Arrive at Holy Rood for Morning Tea
11:00am Depart
2:30pm Arrive at St James
Trivia Night
Our Parish is organising a trivia event for 19th October (time & location TBD), and we're currently looking for volunteers to help out.
Skills needed:
- Catering masters
- Raffle experts
- Musicians
- Can do volunteers
- Generous donators

The aim of the expo is to educate people on the priority of Mission (making disciples of Jesus) and then to show ways they can be involved.

Soup and Serendipity Night
FRIDAY JULY 5TH - 6.00PM FOR 6.30PM
Please join us for a fun night at St James hall, Biggera Waters, Friday 5th July at 6.00 for 6.30 pm, $5.00 per person.
We will be having soup and crusty bread, then some trivia, puzzles and 50 cent raffles to raise funds for our parish.

Women's Healthy Aging Seminar
FREE Women's Healthy Aging Education Seminar
Gold Coast North Anglican Church is hosting an education event to be held on the 29/6/2024 at 9.45am to start at 10am. Guest speakers will talk about osteoporosis, menopause, continence and memory. Attendees will learn about the conditions, what is normal or not, how to access help/seek further advice and go home with additional written information. Light refreshments will be served after the event, giving you an opportunity to look at displays, resources and speak to the guest speakers.
